10. Traceability
 | This feature provides the following three functions on a smartphone: Trace@Farmgate – Bag registration at the farm Trace@Warehouse – Receiving goods at the warehouse Bag Tracking – Scan a single QR code tag to display the names of the farmer, community, and agent, along with the time of registration/receipt Terminology: Term Tx – Transactions occurring on the terminal, displayed in a list Tx View – List view of transactions for farmers/agents Synchronization – Instantly update terminal settings Adding New Card Type – Warehouse managers can add new card types Additionally, card tapping to access the menu can be skipped when the agent is using the menu themselves (e.g., forum records, training, etc.). These activities will be linked to the operator card. |
10.1. Bag registration
The agent fills out the following form at the farm.
 | Step 1:After filling in each field, tap the “Next” button. |
 | Step 2:Tap “Launch Camera”, take a photo of the product, then tap “Next”. |
 | Step 3: Tap “Capture QR Code” to launch the camera and scan the QR code tag attached to the bag. Once the QR code is scanned, press the back key. After completing the input, tap “Next”. |
 | Step 4:Take a photo of the grain. |
 | Step 5:Fill in the required information and complete the registration by tapping “Submit”. |
