5.2.1. Media Management
Media such as QR codes and NFC cards are managed in the “Medias” menu.
If you need to search for end users by Balance ID, you can filter the list by Balance ID. Click on “Holder ID” in this list to see the end user's details.
Labels such as the number printed on the face of each media card can be displayed as needed.
When you purchase a new NFC card, you need to import the card data including the physical ID (IC chip ID) into this page. The IC chip ID can be scanned with the NFC Utility application.
