Currently, only the above users are eligible for this service, but we plan to make it available to the public (end users) in the future (timing to be determined).

1. End users

While this document can be presented directly to agents, it is recommended that you excerpt or quote from this document to create new documentation for your agents. Because this document describes all functionality, including components used in end-user internal operations, it can be difficult for agents who only know how to operate in the field.
