3. Browsing the data

Click the “Export” button on the transaction page to download the data. Note that the export requires multiple filters to avoid exporting large amounts of data. For the current purpose, click on “Filters” under “Tx Type” and enter 4 (Input Distribution). To remove a filter, click the Clear Filter link next to the pagination.

Open the exported CSV in Excel and insert a pivot table to sum up the data. For example, you can get an item-community map by adding districts and communities to the rows, details/names to the columns, and details/quantity totals to the values.
