Please make sure that the NFC function on your smartphone is turned on.
Registered information is not uploaded to the server
Please ensure that your smartphone is connected to the internet.
If connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi, make sure the Wi-Fi source itself is connected to the internet.
Even if there is signal, you may not be connected to the internet if you have not purchased a data package from your carrier. In that case, please purchase an internet data package. → Blocked screen
If the card does not pass the “Operator card check” when launching the application
If the error message is “Expire”:
The initial operator card created by the NFC tool is valid for 7 days. Please recreate the “initial operator card” or create a valid card at the time of registration.
If the error message is “Fatal Error”:
An invalid card, such as a blank card, has been tapped.
Biometric authentication is not available Please make sure that biometric authentication is registered in your smartphone settings. Depending on the model of your Android phone, biometric authentication may not be supported by the app. In such cases, you will need to log in using authentication via QR code or NFC card.
