11. Traceability

This feature provides the following three functions on a smartphone:
Trace@Farmgate – Bag registration at the farm
Trace@Warehouse – Receiving goods at the warehouse
Bag Tracking – Scan a single QR code tag to display the names of the farmer, community, and agent, along with the time of registration/receipt

Terminology:
Term Tx – Transactions occurring on the terminal, displayed in a list
Tx View – List view of transactions for farmers/agents
Synchronization – Instantly update terminal settings
Adding New Card Type – Warehouse managers can add new card types

Additionally, card tapping to access the menu can be skipped when the agent is using the menu themselves (e.g., forum records, training, etc.). These activities will be linked to the operator card.
